   Very impressed with the personal service I received this morning from extremely knowledgable staff. I am new to running and I received a gait analysis and detailed advice on the type of shoe I needed. I was able to try options on the treadmill and made a purchase. I will definitely be returning in the future.

   Extremely disappointed by the gait-analysis service provided at Birmingham Runner. When I visited there was a real lack of trainers on offer. After having my gait-analysis I was only then showed one pair of trainers which they didn’t let me try on. I have since visited Runners Needs where I was met with a great quality service as well as a variety of different trainers offered to me.

   Great little store. Very helpful and friendly towards a complete novice runner with very limited understanding on different running shoes. Honest opinions, no pushy sales for more expensive shoes (in fact, talked me down from a more expensive, but arguably less suitable shoe). The shoes I got have been brilliant too, really comfortable and reduced all of my previous issues such as Shin splints, which in itself is probably the best endorsement I can give!

   Fantastic shop. Friendly and helpful. Gave great advice. Highly recommend the gait analysis service. As a new runner, I didn't feel judged or spoken down to. The guy listened and helped me make the right choice of shoes without trying to upsell. I'll always get running shoes from here, from now on.

   Went their the other week , because I was recmmended by my daughters coach from Solihul Athetics Club the assistant in the shop where very helful ,plus they where on sale and I was able to get 2 sets of spikes plus a few more bits both parties where happy.

   Went in on 30/10 to get our gait analysis done and had a great experience with the guy there who was really knowledgeable about what we needed! We tried on a few different shoes and tested them on the treadmill following his advice. We've just taken them out for a run and they're MUCH better than our old trainers so would highly recommend this place!
