Bad customer service, bad nails...I had my nails done by one of the many men that work in there, he practically threw the gel on in an untidy manner, he was so rough my nails are now brittle and thin like paper, I was told to put my hand under the UV light which was mega hot and when I told them the UV lamp was hot I got a very frosty disrespectful reply, I wasn't happy with this but to top of off the other nail technicians then began to talk about me in their own language and started giggling, which made me feel very uncomfortable, I wouldn't recommend this place for your nails unless you want them to damage your own nails, and show you lack of respect or receive bad customer service, it's all about money to them, they rush lots of people in and what looks like employ family members or friends who probably aren't qualified to do nails. Avoid and save your money

After going for over a year I will have to stop unfortunately. My nails are brittle and hurt a lot from the scratching they have done with the drill. I have been doing my nails for years elsewhere before and never had this issue. When I complained that what he was doing just , the male worker just ignored and grabbed my wrist forcefully to carry on. They do change prices left right and centre so be aware of that. I won’t lie, I have had a couple nice nail designs but the more popular they have gotten, the more rushed their nails are which has resulted in bad customer service, nail injury and not great nails. I now have to take a break because anything that touches my hands/ nails hurt and I have been told that this is due to the improper use of the drill and how much infill they put on the each nail.

The staff is out of order and rude. They act like they are doing you a favor have in mind that they are a service provider and we are paying. The costumer service is nonexistent and when I complain they tried to argue with me. The all time I was there there were having full on conversations (in Chinese) and giggles. They don’t put cream on your hands I didn’t feel like I was being pampered

Took my mom to do her nails and they looked nice. However, I didn’t like the attitude of the guy that works there. Before it was our turn, I noticed he was giving a death stare to one of the clients while he did her nails and toes and I found that very odd at the time. I told myself though that maybe the client said something bad to him. My mom was next and, in one of the instances, he told her to put her hands together so he could compare the nails on both hands but she didn’t understand. He proceeded to use a harsh tone with her as if he was talking to one of his kids or friends. I didn’t like that at all. Then there was another instance where I caught him giving her a death stare as well, the same way he did to the other client. You would think that people were doing their nails for free or that he was doing volunteer work based on the way this man was behaving. For this reason, I am not coming back. I have no complaints against the other ladies.

The quality if service provided is really poor! The nails didn’t even last at all. I had shellac done and they didn’t last 1 week for them to start peeling and lift up. They charge you 15£ for rubbish and try to charge you 1£ extra if you use card which is ridiculous! I also noticed that they gossip about in their language a lot about clients which is terrible. Clients are there for their services and not for stinky rude attitudes.

While the technicality is great, the gossip is terrible. It's very impolite to talk about your customers. I was reading body language, eyes, giggling and smirks. It's very wrong. If not because I was charging my phone, I would have used Google translate.. I've used for about 2yrs now, I overlooked it but beginning to find it very annoying. Kindness is a universal language.
