   We popped into the store to buy some shoes and had a great experience thanks to Joe Colgrave. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to make sure we found exactly what we needed; a big contrast to some of the other staff. Highly recommend Joe if you’re shopping there; he’s an absolute gent!

3. Panic “No Saint” At The Tesco ★★☆☆☆

   The store doesn't stock a single pair of lace up shoes in the GoWalk range, they are obsessed with slip-ons which are not suitable for people with mismatching feet. The sales assistant was a quite standoffish about it, it's a weird thing for her to have a strong stance on.

   Bought a pair of shoes. Had them 2 months. Starting to fall apart. Took them back. Lady with blonde curly hair served me. Very rude. No apologies just said “We won’t be doing anything with them” then left me for dead and walked off. Terrible customer service from this individual. Last time I’ll be going there.

   Service second to none at Meadowhall Sketchers Retail. I didn’t get the young woman’s name who served us but I asked her where she was from and she told me she was from Romania. She was extremely polite and very helpful to both me and my wife. She must have brought out a dozen or more pairs of Sketchers for both of us to try on. She did her job very well and made our experience of Sketchers Retail a pleasure. We both purchased a pair of Sketchers each and left the store very satisfied.

   I was served by salesperson 830509. She was absolutely superb. Told me in great detail about the arch system and made sure the Skechers I purchased were comfortable. She also explained how they would strech within a couple of weeks to put my mind at ease. Excellent customer service 10/10 !!
