   Great customer service by the two lovely staff members that helped my husband today. Came away with two pairs of boots after spending weeks trying to find some to fit. Was worth driving over from Skegness.

   Update: After a phone call with the manager, I posted the sandals to the store. The manager has now issued a refund as the bubbling on only one sandal was unusual. If you expect a pair of sandals, costing £65, should last you more than 2 weeks of actual wear, I wouldn't shop here. I bought a pair on 29/05/23. I wore them on holiday for a week, with heavyish use and in the surrounding weeks moderately. In that time, the inner sole on one sandal has started to separate forming uncomfortable air bubbles. As this was an obvious defect of the product, or so my family and I thought, I made the trip to Sheffield to return them or have them replaced (Consumer Rights Act 2015). However, according to the uncompromising shop staff, I had the audacity to "wear the sandals" and must have "sweaty feet" and thus this is acceptable "wear and tear" which I highly dispute.

   Needed some shoes for work, never looked at Rieker before, saw a sale was on. Tried on a pair and was impressed with how comfortable and light they felt. The sales member was helpful and knowledgeable as to why they are different from other brands. So purchased made and happy to give them a try.

   Had to return a pair of boots that had broken. Only had them 6 weeks and no till receipt. Absolutely excellent customer service no problem with the return very lovely customer service people. Come away feeling great with new boots and saving 20 quid.

   The comfort of Reiker products is wonderful. I have very big feet so never look at any other products as I took a car load of bad buys to the Charity shops until I got the message Now I resist looking in any other places. I like the medium heels, stacked heels etc.
