1st time been here and will definitely be back , very friendly and excellent customer service,easy to book with they're app I would recommend and , even better they are opening a new salon in Stockton heath, close to where I work
Daughter got her infils done and ends reshaped (did I get the words right?) and she says they're her favourite nails she's had. The staff were really friendly & polite and the place itself is clean & pleasant. She always goes here because it's so relaxed, the staff are nice and they always do a good job for her

I’m a regular at this salon and am astonished that someone should describe the staff as rude. Both Tao and Fan are extremely welcoming, polite and professional at all times. They are perfectionists and nails are always beautifully painted when they’ve been done. It is always busy, a testament to how good they are and I’m afraid that if you turn up late, then they cannot be expected to drop everything and see to you! There are lots of other customers trying to obtain appointments.
I booked an appointment and was given a specific slot. I was late by 5 minutes and I was apologetic. But the staff did not even wait or called me to ask if I am around, which usually many salons do these days. The staff was rude and I could see only one staff there. And she said to me that they are fully booked. If they are fully booked, I was surprised to see only one staff there at the salon. Anyhow, No loss. There is a nearby salon which does an amazing job.
I have been having my nails done here every 3/4 weeks for over a year now. The staff are fantastic, very welcoming and I am always very happy with my nails.
