   Very rude staff. I wanted to try a shirt the person who unlocked the door was really rude. That person also did the checkout and forget to take off the alarm on the shirt. Also there was a rip on the shirt so I wanted to swap it but they didn't have another one so I had to get a refund.

   6.9/10; 3.45/5. Great shop with lots of cool & stylish clothing & footwear, bought my Nike Jordan 1 here in 2019. Staff helpful, however some staff were aloof & 2 of staff who i haven't seen before in this shop kept giving me strange stares lol

   Talk about poor unprofessional service on the phone. I just phoned up (10:15am Saturday 29th March 2025) to check if they have my size and availability which they did, I then asked can I reserve them, the guy said he has to ask his manager, he came back and said no guarantee, I said I’m willing to pay now and collect them. He said you must phone back and say you are on your way. I said to him I am on the way now giving you notice to say I’m coming to buy them in store now. He had the last pair in store as I’d asked him how many pairs he had left. He then said they will be no guarantee when you get here. What was the point of me phoning up to reserve when you get this ridiculous unprofessional service on the phone and on every occasion in between speaking to this person he said that he needed to ask his manager. Management do you have any business sense? I am a customer phoning in to ask if you had my size before i traveled to your store and I was even willing to pay on the phone. Is that not a committed customer? I really await some response from you but what types of people do you employ? Do these people who you employ know anything about customer service, sales or business? I don’t think this manager is good for any business and if this is how they are like on the phone how are they like in person? Why have a telephone number to your store?

   Extremely slow at the pay counter. Got two staff hanging around and a huge qué, with one member of staff. It's a good job I'm returning an item otherwise they would have lost out on a sale.

   Blonde girl at the till (3/1/23 @ 16:20) was rude when my partner asked to try on a item. There was a security tag on it that prevented from trying item on so my partner asked if it was possible to take it off to try it on and she would stay at the till for security reasons but the girl wouldnt help and was rather rude about it.

   Very helpful staff, the one bloke searched through all types of AF1 to find the size I wanted to try, because they didn't have the size in the style I wanted. He must've spent what seemed like 10 min searching for me. Quality customer service.

   Placed an online order click and collect of 2 mens shirt total £142 on 24th August. So now it’s 1st of September and I thought I’d get intouch with Facebook customer service about my order. I gave them my details then they confirm my order arrived on the 28th August and it’s ready to be collected. However I didn’t get no notification that it arrived. This is bad customer service. This has happened many times to my family members too! I will no longer be shopping at size no more.
