Walked in and more or less walked out. Staff member was on her phone and i asked what a size 7 was, she looked at me like I'd shat on her kids! No conversation, so personality, no charisma... No sale! Bye! I will shop elsewhere
I came in the store on the 3rd of November, purchased some brown trainers. Great shoes and boots, but what really stood out for me was the excellent customer service and friendliness of the young woman who helped me initially, and the more senior colleague who helped me later. Will not hesitate to browse or buy in the future.

I bought some shoes for my wedding, but they weren't comfortable so I didn't wear them. I brought them back 4 days later than the 28 days return period (my fault of course). The shoes were still on display. Most stores would have let me return them, or at least exchange them, but not here. Disappointing but I'd have accepted it. The reason for the three stars, is because the assistant had the largest smirk I've ever seen when she told me this. I knew what she was going to say before she'd even spoken because of the giant smirk. A simple, 'really sorry we aren't allowed to return them' would have been reasonable. Not a weird sadist gloat.

Fantastic customer service from the manager Christina at Dune in Meadowhall, nothing was too much trouble in hunting down a specific bag I’d had my eye on which seemed to be out of stock everywhere. Great advice and recommendations from her, informative friendly and a great asset to the company, I’ll definitely be putting business their way
Called in today to purchase some boots, possibly a few more pairs for Christmas presents. I was asked by a a staff member if o needed any help. I politely declined as I didn’t. I found a particular staff member following me and watching my every movement as if I was going to steal something, extremely off putting. Spent my money in kurt Geiger instead. EXTREMELY off putting.
Wonderful store and even better staff. Customer service is second to none and how it should be. Made returning my shoes a joy (Just wrong size for me), so much so I bought another pair! Thank you and will be back.
Just been into the store with my mother. Two girls stood in middle of store oblivious to customers, too busy chatting to each other. Saw another customer walk out due to non attentive staff. Disappointing as we were on a bit of a spree today and some of the stock was just what we were looking for. Shame your staff aren't on the case...
