   Was after a integrated Beko fridge to replace my faulty appliance . Couldn't find the model i was after absolutely anywhere. A good friend told me to try Borshce and they didn't disappoint. Had the fridge in stock and cheaper. Jamie served me and was really helpful , in fact all staff couldn't do enough to help and answer my questions and worth the 15 quid to take my old fridge away in the process. The two friendly delivery guys ,( I made sure i got their names,) David and Mikey, really pleasant who were prompt and gave me a lift with the fridge in the cabinet so i could install when they were gone. Everyone who helped me , sales and delivery gave 100%. Borshce will definitely be my number one stop next time . All three where a credit to your company Great company

   Came back off holiday to find washing machine had packed up. Decided to give borscht store in Erdington a visit. So glad we did. We were served by a gentleman called Mike Williams. He explained all the functions of the machine & added some extra tips. He was very pleasant & helpful. We arranged for delivery & for our old machine to be taken away. The 2 young lads that delivered were great. All in all the service was brilliant would definitely recommend this place

   Can not rate this place highly enough. From the staff in the store, who all have fantastic knowledge of all the appliances and services they have to offer. To Andy and John the delivery guys who helped me in a pickle when the fridge didn't fit where it was supposed to. And to Steve the gas/electric engineer who offered advice when my hob wasn't compatible and when it didn't fit, he was equipped to make adjustments. The Erdington store are a great team highly recommend.

Kitchen arrived on the date specified and sylvester is truly a professional at his job. Excellent customer service and professional. Got a lot more for my money without comprising on quality.
