   Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Repeated Mistakes I ordered a wardrobe worth over £1,000 from Howdens Garretts Green, which was measured by them before purchase to ensure it would fit the room. When it arrived, the panels were far too tall, and the order was incomplete and incorrect — missing drawers, the wrong end panels, and no assembly instructions at all. I’ve had to chase multiple times for missing or wrong parts, and even replacements have arrived incomplete (e.g. 7 handles instead of 9). What should have been a simple flat-pack build has turned into a stressful, time-consuming mess. For an established company, this level of service is unacceptable. I’ve had far better experiences with smaller retailers. The only positive was that a few staff tried to fix things quickly, but overall, this has been disorganised, frustrating, and disappointing.

   Aaron has been a pleasure to deal with. I was going to buy from another company but I was won over by Aaron's professionalism and dedication to his job. Thank you for all of your help and even replying to messages at 11:30pm (very naughty of me to send messages about my kitchen at that time I know). Howdens are lucky to have you.

   Really poor customer service once the kitchen is paid for. The kitchen looks nice but it isn't built for longevity. 12 months on cracks in the paint work. During the process of work being carried out, alot of errors were made by Adam and never apologised. I didn't do a post because I'd hoped the kitchen being done would make me forget about the constant stress Howdens put us through and the money we lost out on on paying for workers when the kitchen hadn't even been delivered (despite being promised ). Then there were a lot of parts missing on another 3 more occasions. Now awaiting to replace parts 12 months later but no response from Adam. Don't know why I am surprised. Never had these problems with IKEA on my previous kitchen.
