I feel so stronly on this..i am putting below the review i gave Curry when they requested feedback. Awful service. Your service was beyond bad. Twice we visited the store on the advised delivery date (Monday) they assured us we would get an email when our order was ready. After nothing from youwe rang customer services theyadvised it said in transit but could tell us more. They said they they wluld escalare. By friday and still no correspondemce we rand sgain. She sdvised tje same as prev lady but said had not been escales. So she esvalated and gave a ref number for ot. On the off chamve we also went in stofe as was passing. This time manager ask staff to check back as said there were isdues with diliberies not be transacted on...and low and behold it was there. Most likely since our first visit as dispatch date was the sunday. He was the only useful person of the lot of you. You tracking is uselass as is you online chat.

It was disappointing to experience biased treatment from the store manager, Saddique. While I was waiting to be served, he chose to prioritise a white couple who arrived after me. This behaviour reflects a lack of fairness and professionalism. All customers should be treated with equal respect and courtesy, regardless of their background. I hope the store takes steps to address this and reinforce the importance of unbiased customer service.

In general terms this place provides a good service. It is well run and pleasing to the eye in looks. Generally the staff are very thorough, helpful and polite although, one operator on the jet wash appears to regularly get out of the wrong side of the bed and can be grumpy. That apart, the overall impression is excellent.

Unacceptable click and collect queue on a Monday evening in the run up to Christmas. Do not consider 20 minutes wait as acceptable or reasonable. Many staff walking round with heads in tablets who could have helped the one person doing collections.

Curryβs got the delivery phone number wrong. Head office said ring the shop, but it was the same general number. Then told me I had to go there to change my phone number . when I got there they couldnβt change it. Total disarray and wasted 3 hours of my time. So we will have to stay in all day as they canβt ring us. Discussing. Then when I said this on their feed back text they were terminating the survey. Unbelievably bad practice. They obviously donβt want to know of problems.

Wide range with different qualities of home and office use electric and electronics equipments under one roof and online as well. As an individual opinion, its hard to find your required appliance/ gadget. Display are massive and very interactive but something missing being a retailers thing. Like over loaded with products range and less data availability on product display cards. Needs to ask shop assistant for each product which makes it bit hard to check and decide what you want as per your needs and budget. I experienced during Black Friday sale period, May be during that time they were having unusual issues but it wasn't good image as Customers vale services. But if we select product online and then go for pickup/ delivery at home with extra money is a good option, there we lack in experiencing the product quality and exploring the missing information on some products.

Had to take a faulty microwave in under their care plan. Lovely guy called Chris dealt with it politely and swiftly on the repair desk. He's a credit to the company. Now just the wait for a refund before buying a replacement.
