The gearbox on my conservatory door broke, so it would no longer engage enough to lock. Phoned to see if they had stock, asked me some questions to determine what I needed and said they could help. Popped down with the mechanism and he fitted the new one for me at no extra cost. Price was very good too. Would recommend!
I made a special trip to pickup an 8 lever cabinet lock I needed ASAP. The lock was in stock as confirmed over the phone. Service was fast and professional. Prices were reasonable.
I ordered a replacement BiFold door centre handle and when it arrived it was slightly larger than the original but, the bolts and the lock hole lined up perfectly. The new handle looks great, feels more heavy duty than the original and operates smoothly. The price was good too, what a win!
