Absolutely outstanding service. The boys delivered earlier than expected. Everything was stacked so neat on my drive they would have had to carry everything down please pass on my thanks to your delivery guys .
Clean store, but like so many big retailers the staff excelled at customer avoidance, when I did eventually find somebody to help, no eye contact and even less interest in helping me find a product that the website said they had in stock. So I went to B&Q instead
I was in the Bury store at 08 30 approx on the 22 August 2025, I was looking for a particular silicone removing tool so went to the counter to ask the female assistant she was so busy locking her male colleague inside another room by using her hands to prevent him from opening the door, for which they both found amusing that I had to call out to her. I showed her the product I required and she showed me were it was, but she showed no interest at all in both her job or customer care. I took the product back to the till and tried to communicate within this person but she couldn't even answer me until I said within her hearing ( how rude) I have had similar experiences with thus employee and so gave decided to go elsewhere in future. I suggest that this employee goes on an update in customer care and communications, or get rid because she isn't doing WICKES any good
Good range of DIY merchandise. Competitive prices. Use this store quite a lot. Some-not all-of the staff not full knowledgeable or helpful so research their website for you purchase prior to a visit. Store itself is clean and well presented with good stock levels
Given two stars as this is a store that doesn't have hinges although they sell kitchens and other appliances So a total waste of time. I would recommend this store for any spares until they sort out issues that can help customers.
So spent loads of money in wicks which took time ,end up with a £57 parking fine . Absolute joke 45 min .Never using again robbery
Medium sized store with competitive prices and helpful staff.
We passed on our way to B&Q and so glad we went to the shop on the way back home. May not have the range but prices are good, they have staff around and they were so helpful with extra information regarding the products and tips for completing the project as well. We will make this Wickes store our first stop next time.
