I have used plaster ceiling roses about 5 times now and I wouldn't use anyone else. The staff are incredible, the product is second best to none! Highly recommend.
We wouldn’t shop anywhere else for coving or plaster ceiling roses! Since renovating our Edwardian home we have been blown away by the quality of the product for the price! The delivery is always speedy as well and the team always help me get it into the house!
We have used plaster ceiling roses all over the house now. Bought one and we now own 5! Such great quality and the designs are beautiful - perfect for adding period features to a new build home. We also purchased the coving for the ground floor which was lovely to work with. The customer service is fantastic too - the products are packaged well for delivery and any queries I had were answered quickly. 5 stars from me!
So pleased with the fantastic quality of the products and the excellent customer service we received from Plaster Ceiling Roses. We ordered a large amount of coving and several ceiling roses from them. The finished product is beautiful - we highly recommend this company!
Probably the worst experience I have had in any company Ihave bought from in our build. And we have used about 70 different suppliers. The goods are fine but the delivery is a rip off - like £175 for some beading. I returned some goods and the only way I could get a refund was to use a section 75 refund via my credit card. Do not trust, do not use Particularly their customer service is awful, slow to respond, gruff, sarcastic, rude and unhelpful. Do not trust, do not use, there are much better companies out there.

Absolutely fantastic service from Steph and Jacek. DPD lost the original parcel, but Steph arranged for the delivery to be done by Jacek on the following morning. He kept me informed. That following morning, when I visited the site, all four roses were already on the ceilings. Thanks Steph, Jacek and everyone at Plaster Ceiling Roses.
Fantastic service received from Stephanie :) We placed a very large order on Tuesday afternoon, initially expecting it early next week but we have received it today, Friday!!! Various designs and sizes of plaster coving which is beautiful and of very good quality. Thank you so much for your help and look forward to working with you again on our future renovation projects!
