   I’m a total DIY novice and own no tools. My bed broke and I came in for some screws, my first time visiting this store. A gentleman I later learned was named Tom I saw outside sprung to action as before I knew it, he was at the desk ready to assist me. Tom was very friendly & attentive, and guided me on the right way about tackling my issue. 5-star service - will be back for all my future hardware needs.
