   Customer service is 0 even i “I had a really disappointing experience with B&Q’s customer service. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping, and when I asked questions, I felt like I was being brushed off rather than given proper advice. On top of that, I was left waiting around in a queue for much longer than expected, with no updates or sense of urgency from the team. For a company of this size, I expected much better customer service and organisation. Sadly, this experience has put me off shopping here again.” But had to go again to the store to return goods unfortunately I got much bad and bad experience again and again. They even talk like they are customers and I’m working there.

   Had a nasty fall there. I'm going to physio now because I damaged my shoulder. Happened in their entrance. I realized I needed a trolley after I entered store, and knowing I'd have to walk all the way to other side of store to exit to go outside and get one I turned back and in a hurry tried to leave through the entrance as the trolleys are kept nearer. The security gates closed and tripped me and I stumbled and fell really hard right next to where the security man sits. I couldn't move but eventually got up and walked around store. But the next day things got a lot worse. So warning to other OAPs. Be very careful there. #BadFall #BandQ #B&Q #BandQBury #Bury #DIY

   Thank you to Sophie who helped me pick out my paints and brushes. I’ve painted my front door and it looks amazing, Sophie mixed the correct colour I wanted, it was perfect. Next the glossing. I would have picked the wrong paint if Sophie didn’t help me. Much appreciated.

   Went look for bathroom ideas, a member of staff was really helpful, I even got ideas for the Kitchen. We have renovated 3 of our properties over the last 30 years, and B & Q always had something new and innovative.

   Bough 2 tins of paint driving home we noticed one had leaked in the car went back and was told they were not responsible, after I left the premises with the paint unhelpful and refused to give the money back Do Not buy from here worst customer service everthey basically blamed us for a broken lid that head obviously been cracked in store

   Staff at the entrance were friendly and helpful. Real cashiers available to use instead of the self service tills a definite plus. The garden centre staff were helpful. Place is tidy but needs more staff. Building department very hard to find the staff.
