I have just moved to Moss Side so I am totally new to the area. A tradesman who was due to do some work for me brought me to Sayda Trade Supplies to buy materials, and then the very next day decided he wouldn't be able to do the work; leaving me with £80 worth of materials that were of no use to me. I took everything back to Sayda Trade Supplies and they issued a full refund with absolutely no argument or hostility at all and with a completely friendly demeanour and manner. Had to find a 65mm to 40mm downpipe reducer with a 90⁰ bend in black. Tried everywhere, no one had it. Called here and spoke to Ali who checked he had it first before I drove over. Got everything ready for me in 15mins. Great service, products and price. My downpipe water now flows straight into my gutter and looks nice and neat. Hated having it poor down the driveway. Came up with this solution and fitted my self. Saved £££'s than calling a professional.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your store. As a regular shopper, I have always enjoyed my visits, but today’s encounter with your customer service representative was utterly disappointing. I approached the counter to ask for advice on Pacific paintings, and to my surprise, the individual on duty responded with extreme rudeness and anger. Their lack of communication skills was evident as they dismissed my query without any attempt to help or even explain their uncooperative attitude. This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. The poor level of customer service displayed by your staff member has made me reconsider ever shopping at your store again. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issue promptly. As a loyal customer, I believe that businesses thrive on positive interactions and excellent customer service. My recent experience has shattered my perception of your store, and I urge you to take steps to rectify this situation. Excellent service! You might not get the brand names you're used to but I've never been disappointed with the quality of anything. It's quite remarkable how much stuff they manage to keep in stock. Their prices are usually the same or better than Screwfix, plus the staff are friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. I'll be using them every time I'm in the area.
