   30th of September and unfortunately was blocked by your delivery driver on a single track road sk12 with yellow lines both sides. This obstruction of a highway is a offense, and you should of contacted the council for a permit for road closure instead five vehicles were delayed for over 30 minutes, appointments cancelled and a day spoiled, and we're just doing our job mate just isn't good enough. Cowboy, self entitled, law breakers, cutting corners for profit.

   It would not be an exaggeration to say that this company saved the day for us, by going above and beyond the call of duty - and we don't even live in the North West! From the determined "Leave it with me, love, I'll make some calls." of the lovely lady on reception when I woefully explained our plight, to the call back the next day and George's reassuring "Don't worry love, we'll not let you down." at which I could have cried with relief - we cannot fault the service given and the effort this company made to help us out with our self build, when we had a roof tile supplier crisis. The follow up service was excellent, and the delivery to the Midlands went smoothly and according to plan. It's great to do business with a company that genuinely does care about its customers and which provides a top class product and service. Thanks, guys. The roof looks amazing!
