   Service is always friendly and prompt (all products ordered in advance). I can always find parking close to store. Not clear how to get to location, there is a one way system so occasionally miss the correct turn. Great location, industrial estate also has a B&Q plus other hardware stores.

   Excellent service but poorly stocked compared to other screwfix branches. Prices are not as competitive as they once were. I often end up going to tool station close by as they often have stock of the same items and can be cheaper.

   Really excellent experience here, usually have the most competitive prices and (sometimes more importantly) great stock availability. I also find Screwfix great for advice and tradesperson recommendations... Speak to people in the queue!

   We went to the store at 5pm, there was no one waiting and nobody serving. There was heavy rock music playing, some more customers came in, still no staff, had to call out for staff to come. No apology for keeping us waiting, a queue had formed. No knowledge of what I was asking for, I was asking for advice as to whether the item I was buying was the same size as the one I was trying to replace. It ends up the item I bought was the wrong size so had to return. Terrible customer service, the staff were all chatting around the corner, no apologies to the customers waiting.

   They have all the main tools needed to carry any diy job big or small. Done many purchases with them over the past few years. Pretty much have stock of everything on same day but if delayed then its only by 24-48 hours which I think is still quite decent.
