   Nice people to deal with except if you want replacement keys cut. 1st time sent me to blank keys, company was quick to deal with the problem sent 2 keys out but were cut incorrectly and didn’t work, sent photos as requested showing the difference in the keys, then proceeded to send more keys identical to the incorrect ones. Just to add to keys were £30 for 2. 3 attempts to get keys and waited in for delivery each time. Disappointed with the service.

   So far, so good. Some new locks were needed. I went on line and directed here and found exactly what I was looking for. Emailed and had a reply within the hour. I then phoned and spoke to John who couldnt have been more helpful. I was told due to the type of order it would take a week or so, after the 4th day I have notice the locks are on the way. Brilliant service from all involved. Thank you. Lets hope the locks are soon fitted and remain happy in thier new home.

   Bought a powder coat on aluminium frame iplate in july. It arrived with no screws to attach to the door and although the quality was not the best had thought we would keep it, if they sent the screws,until we could find something else. Emailed and tried phoning,no response and so decided that if we could get hold of someone in customer services we would just return the item. So far we've tried phoning twice, emailing, message on Facebook and completed two online forms from the company website. Absolutely no response. We will never use this company again. Poor quality item and poor customer service.

   Just had a new uPVC back door and French doors fitted with uap keys. Went to fill out the guarantee registration but during the registration you have to list items in your home with a value of £50 and over, including date purchased and cost. Sorry but who has the time and details available to do that. Literally everything in the house is worth more than £50. Pure sales gimmick. Oh, by the way just did the same for our Endurance doors keys by abs and was simple 3 steps. Would give 1 star but the locks work, so rating against the gimmick

   What can I say about me dealings with UAP, They have warm and friendly staff who go the extra mile for you they contact you instead of me having to chase.
