   Visited the store with my other half daughter to collect an item from Click & collect, absolutely disgusting customer service. Two work colleagues chatting amongst themselves for 5 minutes before acknowledging we was waiting to be served. When we paid for our goods another work colleague just stood there with a deft stare and wasn't friendly atall.

   Great shop. Excellent choices. Seem to sell a vast variety of goods. Has a cashpoint and ample parking. Close to toilets andots of other shops.

   Visited mid-week & big queue at checkout as only one checkout in operation & all self-service out of use. Plenty of staff wondering around & chatting amongst each other but ignoring the queue & not opening more checkouts.

   Just found it a bit dull n not very well stocked. Guess sign of the times. Happy they still had a few garden stuff over the moon I got some garden gloves. 2 pairs cheap as well.

   Always had great experience with the staff who have been incredibly helpful and do all they can to help. Good quality items at reasonable prices, especially for pets. Good communication between stores too so if they haven't got something in stock they call other stores to reserve items for you which is very handy

   Staff are very friendly and helpful. Click and collect has worked brilliantly for me here before too... this would be a 5 star, except for the way I have witnessed managers treat the shop floor staff here. It has been very uncomfortable to watch and has made me not want to visit again because of this. Remember we’re all human and deserve dignity and respect no matter our job title.

   Great place to go for bits & bobs, you name it they probably sell it from paint to curtains to sweets toys garden furniture and plants. There's free parking right outside the door and you are on a retail park with plenty of other shops so there's something for everybody the staff are great in Wilko very helpful and seem to know their stuff. Its great One Stop Shop for all the family for our ages.
