   Ben and Nathan are absolutely mint. I've been using this radcliffe branch for for 10 months on a daily basis and I'm always getting my stuff delivered on time. Prices quoted same day and best customer service. I have stoped using the heywood branch and stopped using bury jewsons. Thanks Ben and Nathan

   I am so annoyed we have just gone to the vets and we have to go through “roading brook rd “done Harwood to tottington which is a REALLY narrow country lane so anyone with a grain of sense takes their time and one of traverse Perkins large lorries came absolutely “flying” down the lane and nearly drove us into the side wall it was frightening for gods sake send your drivers for lessons they are going to kill someone.if it’s of any help as to who it was the time was 11.15. Monday morning 28th June 21

   Ordered a delivery of stone 2weeks in advance of which I had a choice of days beforehand as they had spaces but just needed it for a job that day, phoned up in the morning to check what time to expect it and was told around dinner time , it turned up at 4.45pm so I'd sat around wasting half a day then ended up working late, if they said it was the last drop I could have jumped on another job then gone back in the morning , poor basic communication, I'll stick with old Holt's turf in the future

   I own a playground Installation company and we have been using Travis Perkins for our deliveries. i can confidently say that 9 out of 10 deliveries will be late by 2 days or more even if we order them weeks in advance. We are a small start up business and due to Travis not delivering things on time we are losing thousands on jobs. We work alongside forces charities and try to recruit from ex veterans offering them a second chance in civilian life. We raised a complaint with Travis and the regional manager promised us that it would change and that he would personally ensure that a mixer we needed( they sent the wrong one) would be on site at 9am on Tuesday morning. ( it was a bank holiday) they rang us on the Wednesday to say the mixer would be there the following Monday. Travis Perkins are absolutely destroying our business and have cost us thousands. at this moment in time i can not re-iterate enough for other people to stay clear. we are still awaiting on the regional manager ringing us back from over a week ago.
