   Called on spec today wanting to take up the bargain Screwfix deal on the Milwaukee drill set 2 drill pack plus two batteries & charger and hard plastic carry case for just £199 99 a 33% discount the ad ny buddy WhatsApp me!, These two tools have been at the top of my wish lists for several years but could not justify the expense till now . I think of this USA company's power tools as the very best on the market outstripping in sheer quality of engineering & practical for example similar Dewalt products! I was served by Virginie and found her very helpful, professional and friendly. She went the extra mile - didn't have the item in stock and gave me the choice of a branch transfer to arrive at the store tomorrow. Then, seeing my disappointment she found that the nearby Walkden branch had two in stock ! I was delighted- she also gave me directions. I paid at the Moorside Rd store and went to Walkden. Again staff coildn't have been more pleasant , helpful and friendly. As I struggled to find the receipt, one of the staff appeared with the product literally with my name on it! Having given surname and address the customer advisor was satisfied and I was given the product. I was thrilled to bits. I really appreciate how great your branch teams are at meeting customers needs in su h a friendly professional manner. Thank you Screwfix for those bargain deals that really make a difference when you are on a pension. Brilliant job guys. Can't recommend this company more!

   Fantastic Walkden branch of a great chain. My thanks to Simon who stood with me for 15min drawing plumbing waste routes to help my buy the correct bits to plumb a sink in. Great guy. Also thanks to Josh and Liz who both helped. Be back soon.

   This is quite a small Screwfix compared to the one in Bolton Central. It is hidden on a industrial estate but is well signposted from the main road. It has around eight of its own car parking space. It's clean and tidy and the service quick and good.
