   Our bathroom was a complicated design that few bathroom fitters would have taken on, but Queres/Alfatiles seemed to welcome the challenge. They have the expertise and experience to advise on technical issues, recommend quality products and visualise the finished room. Dealing with British builders is often a harrowing affair, but it was very different with this company. They do everything, so you are not juggling with different contractors. You can rely upon them to prepare properly such as applying protective coverings to floors, to do quality work with attention to detail, and to consult properly at every stage of the project. All this meant that the unavoidable disturbance of having work done on your home was minimised and we maintained a friendly and relaxed relationship with them right to the end.    We had our bathroom installed by Piotr and his team, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. They were extremely professional, always respectful of our home, and made sure everything was kept clean throughout the entire project. The workmanship was of an exceptionally high standard, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. When a leak occurred after the installation, Peter responded immediately and went above and beyond by replacing and fixing everything free of charge. That level of care and commitment really gave us peace of mind. It’s now been over a year since the installation, and the bathroom still looks as beautiful as the day it was completed. We would highly recommend Peter and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional crew with immaculate attention to detail.

   From the first visit to their showroom we knew that QuRes had the imagination and ability to fulfil our brief: an industrial wet room/bathroom. Annette and Lukas are the artists and designers so between them created a rendering based on our requirements and vision. Their experience and knowledge of products gave us new ideas and greatly improved on what we’d originally visualised. Peter is the project manager and implementor. He’s responsible for turning the design in reality. He both enhanced the design with practical ideas and reined in the impossible with pragmatic criticism and realistic expectations. As with any large project in an old property there were unknowns that had to be dealt with at the last minute and on-site but Peter was more than capable of handling anything that arose. They are highly experienced professionals and responded with enthusiasm to our, often, outlandish and bespoke requests. They were infinitely patient with our desire to be involved in every decision and need to know how everything would work. Their attention to detail almost matched our own, creating many bespoke items from scratch. Over five weeks Peter and his associate Adrian took the bathroom back to the brickwork, put in a new window, reshaped the room, sealed and insulated, tiled, fitted and equipped it. Peter was adamant that the work was done to the highest quality to ensure it would last 20 years or more. It took a little longer than expected but was worth it.
