   Ordered some grey blocks which they didn't have stock of, rectified and offered a resolution to the issue. Not always going to work but decent people trying to rectify a simple mistake. Very good company and cheap prices. Unfortunately website lets it down and unfortunately had to buy elsewhere the 2nd time around due to not being able to checkout my basket saying technical error.

   *Update Thanks to Chris for picking this up and resolving. I have placed a new order today. Hopefully this time I have no issues* Called up to check if my items were out for delivery the day suggested on my confirmation. Only to be told “well thats what we have written down”. That’s not what i asked and 3 days later I'm still without my items and no response to my email chaser either. I see why people pay the extra to the bigger stores. You'd think a smaller company would have more of a personal touch when it comes to customer service, really disappointed. If it’s not too late I’d rather take a full refund and shop elsewhere.

   Hi. Ive spent quite a few thousand pounds in here. Why is it evertime i come in to place an order i have to go through the process , for about 20mins of giving my postcode, Address etc, should this not be logged somewhere

   Phoned up about a job and the guy who answerd said no thanks because of brexit think he thought i was polish or somthing im english companys like thos should be abolished racist poeple he could of just said no work available instead of brexit
