   Collection service is a joke and needs to be reviewed. Arrive just after opening at 7.05, already a queue and one person serving, after queuing for 10 minutes you then get sent out side for one person to bring orders out one by one on a forklift, it was almost comical. Eventually get two boxes of ceiling tiles 40 minutes after I arrive. Absolutely pathetic when you need to be on a job. Why couldn't the order just be on a shelf ready for the counter to hand over? You only need to go to Screwfix or Toolstation to understand how it should be done, it's not difficult.

   Great service. Materials arrived promptly in great condition but we were most impressed by Nelly the delivery driver. Polite, friendly and really really professional. Unloaded everything really efficiently (I've seen pairs of big burly blokes take twice as long and not as careful). Will be using these guys again. Thanks!
