   Went into Clark’s monks cross this afternoon with my parents and two boys aged 2 and 4, they were in desperate need of some winter boots. Alfie helped us and was awesome, he was so patient with the boys, not pushy about buying and was really customer focused. My eldest has really wide feet and Alfie made me feel really confident about the shoe choice and made my 4 year old feel happy too despite there not being too much choice for him! It’s not often you receive customer service to this level especially when the kids are a nightmare! Thanks a lot ! Laura

   Went today to get my little ones first pair of pre walkers. The lady that measured his feet was so lovely and thorough and helped me choose the best shoes for him. She wasn't biased and actually recommended the cheaper pair! Will definitely come again. X

   Sadly no 0 star available, I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years, we went today to see about some trainers that have delamination, caused by what looks like a spray rubber over cotton on the trainer fronts, the product is used in the car industry and has known failure/issues. we were told shoes will only last or have a life of 6 months. We understand the feet grow and happy to buy more not an issue due to growth but not due to the delamination. We were spoke to rude and very sharpe with no help and in not so many words told they have lots of loyal customers and we won't be missed......... never again. Please Google clarks quality even watchdog have been investigating.... poor poor quality and finnished by the attitudes of staff. Just had a look, we have only had them 2 months and 4 days !!!!!! Sadly after singing about Clarks for many years, now I advise everyone to stay well away and please Google the quality issues.

   The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were very understanding about my autistic non verbal son and put us all at ease. Would recommend, great sturdy school shoes too

   Went in with a toddler. Told to wait then ignored for 10 mins. Not even a polite acknowledgement that we were waiting. After much too long a email we went next door to Schuh kids and got much better service and a lovely pair of converse toddler trainers.

   All of the staff are helpful and friendly. Conor, Tania and Holly and others have done their best to try to find me some shoes to fit my dodgy feet. I wear orthotics, have a left size 7 and a right size 8, both wide, one flat which has had surgery and both are painful. I have returned numerous pairs after trying them at home and not once have I been viewed as a nuisance. They go out of their way to try to find shoes to fit. I have no hesitation in recommending this store and will return once the autumn ranges are in stock.
