Absolute joke, takea forever to be served and takes forever once prder placed. Min spend limit £20.

Don't turn up 10 mins before closing and expect to get served with a small list that would take 5mins to pick. That wouldn't have happened when the bury branch was open... disappointed at the service. I went online to another supplier in the end.

No 21" or 30" bow saw blades!bow saw blades are the most basic of requirements. There should not be any need to make a special order for these items.toolstation had them!I have used rothwells since my first day of my working life in 1975 and I am struggling to stay loyal to this long standing local business.
Great long established ironmongery and specialised items for industry in general. Always a go to store for quality and non bog standard tools and fittings. Staff always knowledgeable .
Great shop , has everything you need from work clothing to tools to hardware at much better prices than the big chain stores , and if you just want 3 M10 x 75mm bolts you can buy 3 not a sealed packet of 20
