Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff that can't do enough. I got everything I needed at really good prices. They do much more besides like tools etc. Defo worth a visit and I'll 100% go again. Cheers guys

Excellent Ironmongery outlet with extremely friendly staff, I went in for two locks, keyed alike, Paul altered the levers to suite as I waited 6* service
Quick delivery of parts. When I had an issue with one of the items they helped resolve it and arranged a replacement from the manufacturer. I can only commend their service here, in comparison to their competitors.
If you can buy elsewhere do to avoid disappointment! Placed an order 1st Dec received email 3rd December days to ask if I wouldn’t mind alternative colours to items I ordered. Agreed this was fine then received a second email on the 6th to advise an item was out of stock. I asked if the rest of the order was in stock and they confirmed that despatch would be ASAP. Then on the 9th December my whole order was cancelled with a full refund!!! Will not use this company again as very disappointed!!!
I placed an order for tarpaulin on the 3rd, told me they couldn't send it out until the 10th, that order was refund and another order placed (8th) to ship to a different address under the premise that we had been told it would be shipped on the 10th, and would be recieved no later than the 16th, 16th comes by no item, I wait until the 22nd, still no item. I called their warehouse to be told by the receptionist it wasn't shipped until the 16th but the ebay order details had been updated on the 10th to say it had been shipped. A very elderly lady had to be moved out of her home in times of covid, the item never arrived so the leak to her roof could be fixed temporary, keeping her safe at home, until a permanent solution could be taken. The manager I spoke to offered no apology...
Called in abbey architectural for a paddle mixer thinking I’d give them the business instead of the usual screw fix or tool station. Not again be aware. I’ll not be getting ripped off again. .
