   Poor service. After driving for one hour and wasting about half an hour of my time in the store, I was informed that the item was out of stock. It was listed as available on the website, but not available in the store.

   Jacob the sales associate was absolutely fab! Could sing him higher praises, helpful efficient and lovely! The only reason I’m giving it 5*. On the hand another sales associate young longish brown hair didn’t catch his name, rude and unhelpful waiting for help he never helped me and stood there dancing with another colleague fire him!    Great Customer Care from Currys, Kidderminster. I recently had dealings with Tom who sold me a TV. Tom was very good... going above & beyond to explain the product, the extra cover package I had taken out & also other items I was looking to purchase. Today, I went back & I spoke with Liam & he was also great. Liam was extremely helpful & knowledgeable leaving me with enough information to think over another product I had asked about & may choose to go back & purchase. Excellent customer care from both Tom & Liam

   From the information on the Currys website I wasn't sure if the dishwasher I was looking for was in stock at the Kidderminster branch. Fortunately I was served by Kelsey who informed me that it could be delivered two days later. She was helpful, friendly, professional and had excellent product knowledge. Kelsey was also patient and not the slightest bit pushy. Highly recommended.

   Kidderminster 30/8/25 Visited with a friend to replace my very old PC. I am in my 80s and only wanted something for email, looking at web sites and using MS word for the odd letter and other bits. No games or other high speed needs. We where served by REBEKAH who understood my needs, pointed out several items and did not try to oversell. Made a purchase of a LENOVO TOWER. Very satisfied

   I was looking at earbuds and wireless speakers of which they had a good range at competitive prices. You can test the speakers which is useful. Staff were friendly although sometimes tricky to find as they were with other customers.

   Very disappointed with currys. Bought a cooker, on installation date the wrong gas engineer was sent out. Re booked for a second visit and couldn't install as LPG conversion kit was missing now booked for a third visit so we will see what happens. in all this time we have been without a cooker and currys customer service keep saying that they will sort out once installed. But that doesn't help when you want to cook a warm meal in this cold weather

   Went in today to get white goods and was served by Kelsey. She was one of the nicest people I've ever come across, both as a member of staff and a person in general. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease when I knew I was asking stupid questions. She gave quite literally the best customer service I've ever received ❤️

   Terrible service paid for e-reader wasn’t until we gave it to my daughter Christmas Day it wasn’t the one we asked for in the shop. Took it bk Boxing Day said they hadn’t got the one left we’d originally asked for. Had to pay nearly 3 times more than what we wanted paid for it to be delivered on the Wednesday after Boxing Day that was supposed to have come 2wks ago still not come and no communication to apologise or say when. I will think twice before ordering from them again

   Ordered TV online. Arrived next day earlier than expected. Collected from store, very quickly with no waiting around. The guy who brought it to the desk (Ian) also carried it to the car for me. Excellent service in every respect.
