   Great range of tools and solid customer service. Visited the Manchester branch for some bits for a uni project—staff were helpful and didn’t talk down to me like in some places. Prices are fair, and they had exactly what I needed in stock. Would definitely go back.

   Totally agree with the guy who said it was run by idiots. One guy said they did not have what I wanted in stock. Asked another one they said no sarcastically about every item I suggested, then actually checked their system said they had one in stock when they did not. Complete joke. Would not recommend to anyone.

   I stand there for 15 minutes and ringing the bell. Warehouse and office staff were just walking around. No one payed me any atention. There is something wrong with this branch or i am invisible. Just go somwhere else or use ebay.

   I'm a hobby CNC-er, & I needed a weird bit. The guys went out of their way to source it for me, unfortunately, it was too weird. China has their own standards (?) Bought a micrometer instead, made in England! Damn good price, too. Good service, easy to talk to even if you don't know what you need.

   would not use this company to buy from. they tell you that your order is in waiting for you to pick up. i spend 15 pound in a taxi ride to pick the item up. only to be told they don't have it in. thanks for nothing cromwell tools manchester.
