   I'm still waiting for a refund from December 24, returned the stock, two staff were present, was told they would sort the next day and refund.... I've tried everything to get my money back, still waiting, contacted head office, they never got back to me. Absolutely scandalous, seeking legal action now. If anyone has any queries feel free to reach out to me, i have the original whatsapp messages from staff. I've moved all my kitchens to Wickes now, much better show rooms, and 36 months interest free credit.

   Not really helpful, I bought a kitchen from them 3 years ago ,and not so long ago my kitchen tap started dripping , I took the valve in to identify the right one only to be told that the tap was obsolete .so I'd been sold a kitchen with bits that were on there way out .

   Delivered the wrong colour kitchen to start, then delivered the correct colour but with lots of damage. Had told the fitter that the work surfaces would be ready to be fit by the end of the week. This has now been pushed back 2 weeks, so we are without a kitchen now. Also parts still missing for the sink so that can’t be fit yet. Emailed my displeasure and didn’t get a response. Spoke to Faye on the phone, she was happy with the customer service provided at least. I wasn’t… I realise issues happen with these processes, but wasn’t particularly impressed with the feedback I got from Howdens. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least…

   Decent branch of howdens, staff are very friendly, competent, and have good product knowledge. There isn't much car parking space but if you know what you want then you shouldn't need to spend long here.

   Kitchen fitted Dec.18, all Howden integrated appliances, fridge failed after j year, mended within warranty. Washer dryer gone and is just out of guarantee, phoned Howdens as white goods should last longer, several calls, staff didn't get back, dealing with a young man, who was very helpful, manager didn't have the curtesy to speak to me. Not helpful, now contacting trading Standards white goods should last lounger

   Excellent customer service from the staff at Howdens. Big shout out to Niz and Rees for going above and and beyond in making sure my work wasn't interrupted. A big thank you from the workers on site as (weekend off!) A very big thank you from me for helping me meet my deadline.
