A few weeks ago I overheard the owner/worker in this shop tell someone “there’s nothing in here in your size!” she then proceeded to snatch the dress off the lady who was looking at it and put it back on the rack! Disgusting behaviour I hope the lady makes a formal complaint
Totally agree with the previous review. Extremely rude owner and very unpleasant manner. I was looking for a outfit for my son’s wedding and was told immediately “we have nothing here for you “ Very different experience in all the other dress shops I visited in Tarporley where the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will not be returning to Si Belle ever!
Disgusting, rude attitude of the owner. Was totally shocked at how she treated us. Went in with my son's girlfriend to look for a dress for her engagement party. The owner asked us what we were looking for and when I told her she replied, 'there is nothing in here for you, goodbye'. I was so shocked, I just laughed and left, but what an appalling attitude! We have recently moved to the village and I was hoping to spend my money locally, but I will go to Tabernam and Follies instead where they are welcoming and I have bought some lovely outfits from already. Si Belle is not what I would call a shop owned by quite possibly the rudest woman in Cheshire... Si Brutta might be more apt!
Absolutely shocking attitude towards customers…. Judges people the moment they walk in…. Also made us very aware that the clothes upstairs weren’t the sale items even though we did not ask… we were then told to leave my son who is 14 months old downstairs whilst we looked! I am surprised you run a business with how you treat people
Really pleased with my purchases at Si Belle today. Great choice and lovely shopping experience with Sibel who gives great advice, including telling you when something is not right for you.
Si Belle is unique - a wonderful independent designer boutique run by Sibel the owner who provides a great personal service, getting to know you, your figure, tastes and idiosyncrasies! She always manages to find something "just that bit different" to flatter your shape and make you feel really special.
I recently discovered this hidden gem. It has a fantastic range of designers and the wide selection covers everything from casual wear through to occasional wear. I found just what I wanted. I was most impressed with the level of personal customer service from Sibel, which was second to none. It was a truly enjoyable shopping experience and I would highly recommend you pay a visit to see for yourself.
Gorgeous clothes & so many to choose from but it is Sibel herself that makes this a shop you want to return to again and again. She knows exactly what will suit you. You always feel fantastic wearing what she has suggested.
