   turned my partner away for a drop and go because it wasn't me, I was ill so ask my partner to do a drop and go, funny enough you can ship it without issue but a friend or family they cant do it they dont have there own account absolute bs.

   Love this place for dvds, controllers, and basically all electronics, I remember coming here to buy Rocket League for ps4, and the staff helpfully told me it was free on ps store. Very grateful.

   Went here today to sell some items… was greeted by an extremely patronising and rude staff member who had zero customer service skills and clearly didn’t want to be in the job. In fact she was that rude to me, I took my items away and sold them elsewhere. Won’t be visiting this branch again…

   Served by a lovely lady with a pony tail and cool converse, very knowledgable and helpful. We were looking for a used phone for our son and we had a budget, so she got several suitable phones for us, she compared them and showed us the condition in detail, including the size, as it has to fit in his pocket too! It started to get busy but she didn't panic or rush us. Also she didn't give us the hard sell or try to upgrade us out of our price range. We bought a better condition phone than we thought we could afford for a great price. Would throughly recommend them if you are looking to buy a used phone in great condition, instead of being on a contract for 3 or so years when you have a teenage son who is clumsy, so you are stuck with a contract, and no phone if something happens. It also came with a 2 year warranty.

   No I don't just write bad reviews. Still the same imautre staff that I dealt with over 15years ago in Birmingham City centre. Moaning about a few scratches on disc when there is no problem with it at all. Completely ridiculous, clearly don't want to take games they think they can't get rid of. Prior to been served I had great nostalgic feelings physically buying a game, but the same poor service will be the reason I won't be going to the store. Waste of time.
