Visited the store today (10/11/18) and there was a very serious incident which the staff dealt with very calmly and professional keeping the store running smoothly. Well done to kerin for doing your job very professional and composed while cleaning the fitting rooms after the situation and the store manager for being very calm and polite when reassuring customers that everything was fine and that it was be back to normal shortly. Well done everyone.

The customer service is awful! One member of staff kept looking my friend up and down and was snarling her, this is not acceptable and I think it should be delt with!! We go into peacocks expecting good customer service but we got the complete opposite! She told us to move out of the way inpolitely etc. Unfortunately she didn't have a name badge so I cannot name her, but I'm not happy with this experience and I will not be coming back again!!!
