   Recently visited the tool station in bury. It was an emergency stop as I was on a job in the area at the time and realised I was short on some equipment. I quickly stopped off at the shop to be greeted by one of the members of staff Kyle. He was very friendly and was efficient in his service. He made everything easy for me and I was on my way with everything I needed in no time. Would definitely recommend

   Great friendly customer service with good on site parking. However, quite a distance from the centre of Bury and a little difficult to find, being set back from the main road on a small industrial park with poor signage. Plus, Google maps puts it further down the road in the middle of a row of tarraced houses, adding to the location confusion!

   I am very much pleased with the Toolstation Bury. I go there often since we are going through the construction work and they are located close to me. Prices are very good and the staff is always very helpful! I ordered 15kg of adhesive which came damaged three times. the Toolstation kept placing the order of the new adhesive for me until they sent the tube that was not damaged. During the whole time I was being updated since I needed to have the adhesive on the specific day. Once it arrived they called me straight away and helped me to carry it to my car. It is the little things that count!

   Had a problem with an order of taps that were delivered but some missing. Couldn’t get through on telephone so went in store. Linda dealt with it brilliantly and all with a smile. Wish every store was as efficient as Bury. Cheers.
