   Typical B & M. Couldn't find what I wanted. Asked staff member who was very helpful. Gave her the stock number, she told me they had 12 in stock, but we couldn't find one. Wasted journey

   Cane here last week, it was very busy (understandable) and there was a very kind lady on the till doing everything she could and was very polite (didnt catch her name) then who i can assume was a manager or just another member of staff came along called karen (i believe) and she was so damn rude to this poor lady on the till because some things behind her had toppled over and she hadnt had a chance to pick them up yet. This is not the way to treat your co- workers. Not in front of customers and not at any time, we are human, we dont have 10 arms. Lady on the Till was amazing and im so sorry that this happened, she didnt deserve it. I hope Karen receives punishment for her nasty behaviour

   Disappointing customer service and refund handling My wife purchased a Lightning charging cable from this store a couple of months ago. At the time of purchase, the cashier clearly confirmed that electrical goods like this come with a 12-month refund or replacement warranty. Unfortunately, the cable became faulty after only two months of normal use. When we returned to the store today to request a refund or exchange, two staff members insisted that the refund period was only 30 days for all items. We explained that this product was sold as an electrical item with a 1-year warranty, and that we were simply asking for what was promised at the point of sale. They then called another colleague for advice, during which one of the staff members told her colleague that we “did not understand” and even grabbed the receipt from my wife quite rudely. We found this behaviour very unprofessional and disrespectful. It seemed that the issue was not that we misunderstood the policy, but rather that the staff were not properly trained or informed about the warranty conditions. As customers—and as immigrants who may look different—we felt unfairly treated and dismissed. We hope the management will take this feedback seriously, ensure staff are properly trained on refund policies, and promote a more respectful and professional attitude towards all customers.

   A complete con. They have 6 tils yet only man 3 forcing you to queue. When you get to the cashier and you till your shopping. Ask for a bag? Till 3 said we don't have small bags only the large reusable costing £2. What a con. I can understand climate change,yet b&m are using to ro profit from shoppers.£2??? A con.stay away from this shop it's morals are completely disgusting.use climate change to make a quick£2

   Approached doors.. they opened Walked along the isles, saw stuff for sale. Bought something which I can't recall, left through another door. Car was where I left it, got in, drive away. Great experience, might bring the family to keep warm in next few months.

   It was half way through putting out Christmas stock, so most of the staff had no idea where an item was, or if it had been moved. Some of the aisles were blocked at each end with large pallets presumably of new stock waiting to be put on the shelves. It was awful, chaotic and not even that busy. Don't understand why this wasn't done overnight with no disruption to customers. Left without buying anything as couldn't find it

   Friendly young lady on till who served me. Few empty shelves but put that down to the seasonal changes in store going from summer to Halloween/xmas items. Great range of items in the homeward section which what came in for. Like this branch as its quite large.
