What a fantastic shop. Helped me pick out and order my wife’s Xmas present that she now loves. Amazing service and extremely friendly.

Visited the store last week , I felt the the staff member just couldn’t be bothered with me and didn’t know much about the clothes that would go with the pieces I already have, sad that the lady who is always there wasn’t there to advise me , disappointing visit to the boutique. I may see if I have a better experience in Bangor next time.

I travelled 3 hrs to visit this store today. I asked a price of a garment as no ticket was on it. Tthe assistant was patronising and her tone was rude as if I should know the make. I’m aware of the store as bought from previously and have always bought pieces from here. As I made an attempt to go in a one way direction she blocked my way by writing tickets on the table so had to divert along with another customer. Surely customer service is more important as that can be done when the store is empty. This person was rude and knew what she was doing assuming I did not have the money. Like Julia Roberts said… big mistake as I’ll never visit Chester again. What an embarrassment to the city.

Awful staff who are judgemental and very unwelcoming unless you are OBVIOUSLY rich. Walked in with my mum and received no customer service just judgemental looks, we decided to leave after five minutes. It's a shame as the clothing is gorgeous and although overpriced would be affordable as a gift or treat every now and then. Bad staff will ruin a business.

I took my family into Chester to buy my daughter a dress for prom that she had previously seen in the store window. However, upon entering the store we was met by a rude and arrogant woman who clearly believe she was above us- when she clearly wasn't. Furthermore, She then proceeded to watch my daughter like she was a house fly and continued to circulate and belittle her over the price of each dress, implying my daughter was too poor to buy any dresses within the vicinity. Moreover, she continued to pressure my family continuously stating "that dress is nearly £500" but my daughter has dresses over treble the price of one dress within that store; this women was ignorant, insolent and treated my young daughter in a disgusting manner. Beside all of that, the dresses felt cheap and it was all bland and basic couture; if you wish to buy fantastic quality clothing at the same price then look elsewhere to avoid basic clothes and arrogant staff. Please update and find better clothes for the price and additionally find much nicer staff who treat everybody (including adolecents) equal and kindly and not speak down and belittle them. On another note, the prices of the dresses were irrelevant for my company work alongside Disney and Warner Brothers so to belittle my child over the price was not only morally wrong but also a very big mistake.......a huge mistake.
