   We bought a watch just before Christmas for my son but he did not like it.we took it back but flannels don't give refunds only if it faulty.they will do exchange's or give a credit note.but the was noting else that we like.so be a aware when shopping at this store most other retailers will give refunds especially after christmas.we will definitely not be shopping at flannels again

   This store in st helens refuses to send non collectable item worth 172£ back to warehouse so I can recieve refund 20 days now since it was due to collect way over the 10 days to send back customer services say it awaiting collection still in st helens this flannels font adhere to terms and conditions which they make you stick to

   Excellent Customer service :) Took a jumper back wrong size & i said i’d make up the difference & go for an over-shirt instead but they didn’t have the size/colour i wanted on the rail but Lauren said ‘It says we have 1 in stock just let me check’ Wow that girl was like a Jack Russell (meant in the kindest of ways) she searched everywhere coming back to me to say she can’t find it but we do have this 1or this 1? I Think she could tell i didn’t really like the replacements offered but she said hang on & i’ll try somewhere else? 20 mins that poor girl searched but eventually came up trumps :) She wasn’t letting me leave unsatisfied & not getting what i wanted :) Was worth the 5Ton just for her empathy & sheer doggedness in finding the Shirt i wanted :) So thanks Lauren you get 5*s & your Manager needs pat you on the back for the trouble you went through 2 help me :) Thank You x

   Lack of consistency with the rest of the brand… every other flannels store I shop in allows my chihuahua in the store provided he is carried… but was turned away from this store today. I would completely understand if no dogs was the policy across all stores but disappointing that there is a lack of available information regarding this and no consistency across stores, as this has led to a waisted journey today.

   Shocking customer service I'm assuming by management. I worked in retail for years in high end stores such as Harrods, Selfridges etc and I can assure you if I had rolled my eyes or spoken down to customer like I was spoken today I would not have the career I have today. I certainly won't be shopping in the St Helens branch again .

   Absolute discusting customer service. Bought my daughter uggs for Christmas. She opened them expecting a size 5 ... to be given a size 3 ... was told by agent " sorry it says size 5 USA on the box must be a mistake " ... to then be told there's no size 5 in stock and alls they can do is give me a CREDIT NOTE !!! not even a full refund . Spent over 1000 pound in there before Christmas and not an once of empathy or problem solving given . One extremely disappointed daughter ... yuk

   Wow is all I can say. I was rushing to get an item for my holiday and these three Courtney Eva and the manager john Paul couldn’t do enough to help… literally saved my life. Great store ran by quite honestly what I have to say is the best manager who has a presence on the shop floor and more than Willing to go over and above to help customers and his staff members. Girls you were super lovely credit to the team … John Paul best manager I’ve ever experienced from a flannels store superb service… you guys should be rewarded for your service 5 star !!!!!    Really nice store. A pleasure to walk around and the staff are all really welcoming and friendly. We were served today by Paula who was really helpful at giving options and helping my teenage daughter choose how to spend her birthday money! A very happy daughter means a happy mum too! Would definitely recommend to shop here - and we will be coming again for certain.
