   Visited this beautiful ship today. Warmly welcomed and the service was the best I’ve received in a very long time. Sad to hear the lady is retiring as she really is the best. Needless to say mother of the bride outfit along with all accessories purchased. Thank you for your help. Shame mum didn’t find her outfit but did find THE MOST SPLENDID HAT.    Had the most amazing and wonderful experience in Annabella today. Went in with my dear friend and also my Son’s future Mum in law, Joy. Shop really welcoming and staff extremely helpful. Suggested 3 dresses -and tried them all on. Suggested shoes and hats too. Fell in love this one and bought on the spot! Lovely comments on dresses on me given by staff. Joy tried on a dress and looked devine. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience. You really made my wedding journey to mother of the groom absolutely sensational. I have my dream dress for my darling Son and darling Daughter in law’s wedding in August.

   Very unfriendly ambiance. I visited this shop approximately 10 years ago when I was looking for a dress for my daughter’s wedding. The assistant was very unfriendly then and I was put off even looking there. However, I’m now looking for a mother of groom dress so I decided to give Annabella another chance. Big mistake. Exactly the same treatment and the assistant was very unhelpful. I explained what style I would like and she didn’t offer to show me anything in that style and it’s quite difficult to see them when they are all packed in on the rails so some guidance would have been helpful.I wanted to see some Veni dresses but the assistant told me they wouldn’t be getting the new season stock in with no explanation at all. Waste of time.

   Travelled 2 hrs to Chester just to go to this shop after unsuccessful trips elsewear. Annabelle was extremely welcoming and helped me find the perfect dress for my Son’s wedding, even taking the dress out of the window to make sure I got the perfect fit. I left very happy with my dress and hatinator. Thank you so much. I will add a photo after the wedding in July.

   Horrendous - don’t waste your time or money, one star would be a compliment. I found the website online and visited, with my mum, to look at specific dresses featured on it. However, the extremely rude sales assistant just said they no longer stock that designer, as if it was our issue - but it seems they haven’t been bothered to update the website. We pulled some dresses out but the assistant was ignorant and commented on my mums size - which is just disgusting and insensitive. Her lack of professionalism and the price of the dresses left an extremely foul taste in our mouths. I’m surprised they are still in business. There is a shop 5 minutes down the road called Chesca and the dresses were twice as nice and half the price, not to mention, Sally, the sales assistant was fantastic and made mum feel like a million dollars. Annabella’s - take a leaf out of their book.

   The WORST customer service i have ever received. From first calling and being told to come back in 30 mins although shop was empty didn’t see any harm in this however though she was abrupt. When we called back the woman serving was the rudest most obnoxious person i and my mum had ever met! From the moment we walked in we was judged. Not the way a mother of the bride should be treated. I personally tried asking for different styles to get my mum to try on - the woman had no interest, as i asked for different styles she just stood behind the counter and told us too look at photos on the wall. As previously working in a wedding shop myself if someone mentioned a style they where after we would pull multiple out and something a little different just to try - she did none of the above. My mum tried one dress on Then without us asking told us all her dresses where all very expensive and we should stick with high street - we hadn’t mentioned a budget & if the customer service was lovely & made my mum feel 1million dollars we certainly would of paid anything but after the way she treated us both we wouldn’t give her a penny! Do not recommend at all! Do not go here! Rude rude rude!! Would give 0 stars if possible.

   Very unwelcoming experience. Me and my mother had booked an appointment to visit the shop where upon booking we told the lady what size would be required. When arriving at the shop the lady was very cold and unhelpful. My mum had gone onto the website and saved a number of the dresses shown to be in stock and showed the woman to which she replied don’t stock to all 6. No dresses in the size we had stated we needed had been gotten out ready and turned out she only had one available in the size. As we had travelled some distance to visit this shop I would have appreciated a phone call letting us know this was the case. The dressing room if that’s what you can call it had dresses hanging all over the entrance to it so my mum had to squeeze past them and ask if the lady could move them so she could drawer the curtain. Overall we were very disappointed with the service received and it’s safe to say we came away empty handed.
