poor quality meat. simple dont buy any kind of meat from them. its not fresh and smelling alot when i get to home. it looks fresh there but nothing at all when you buy or cook. never gonna buy meat from them again and never will suggest any one
Always a great experience shopping at Manchester Superstore Oldham. The shelves are always fully stocked with a wide range of products. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and nicely presented. Staff are great and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping at this store.
I shopped first time yesterday from Manchester SuperStore. Came all way long from Scotland. Everything was so clean and good and well placed. Meat was fresh I took home. The person who was serving was very polite
Went there for the first time in years to be followed around by a member of staff who was watching us. I had a shopping trolley with me (which was closed the entire time) and I had a shopping basket from the store, which I was using. I spent £34. Being the only non Asian in the store, I felt targeted. Today I went again, and the security guard outside told me I wasn't allowed to take my shopping trolley in and would have to collect it at the checkout after I've paid. I only needed 2 items so I thought it was too much hassle and shopped elsewhere. Maybe you've had thieves in recently, but don't tar everyone with the same brush. I'll take my custom elsewhere. Edit- after your reply, I certainly won't be back. Your response shows that you do indeed tar everyone with the same brush, treating us all as thieves despite never having stolen from your business.. Horrible way to treat genuine customers, stalking them around the store.
The manager of this store — the short woman — is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered in the UK. Her arrogant attitude and complete lack of basic communication skills make it shocking that she’s in any position of responsibility. I’ll never shop here again, and it’s honestly disappointing that someone with such poor manners and zero professionalism represents a UK business.

I recently visited the Manchester Superstore Oldham and I was more than pleased with my experience. The store was neat and well organized, with a wide selection of items to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, they were very patient with my questions and eager to help with whatever I needed. They offered lots of helpful recommendations and advice to find the perfect products that fit my needs. Though there wasn't enough parking space. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality African Caribbean products at a great price.
Lovely store. Manageress is kind and the staff are very nice. The shop is clean, well organised and the security guard does a great job.
