   I had a really bad experience in your store today. The person who served me, I believe his name was Thomas, was very rude. He asked for my postcode, and when I gave it to him, he started shouting at me saying it does not exist. I tried to explain that I have used the same postcode and account to make purchases before, even just yesterday, but he would not listen and kept speaking to me in a very disrespectful way. I do not think this is how customers should be treated. He clearly needs better training on how to speak to people politely. Thanks,

   Hi, I don't normally go to this one, I arrived 10 minutes before closing and was greeted professionally and the young chap had great patience in dealing with my query. It felt like either they have great training or select the best people to work as his knowledge was very good ad the whole process was painless. In comparison to Screwfix stores that I been in staff have been very blasé whether I buy the item or trying to assist (please note this from personal experience and indicative nationally, as I am sure there are good Screwfix stores). Thank you

   Clean, bright and well lite shop. Easy to find and staff are amazing. The manager is very approachable and staff are very knowledgeable. Ample parking making your shopping journey that much more easier. Toolstation prices are always low and if they don’t have it they’ll check their neighbouring store like Altrincham for availability. Defo recommend a visit 5 *****
