11 months ago - Ordered 2 dresses and had a problem returning one dress, was invited to the shop to return instead which I didn’t mind, when I got there, the manager took care of everything swiftly for me and apologised for any inconvenience caused. Refund me there and then , his customer service is warm and welcoming, really appreciate it, thank you. Returning in store this weekend to find something last minute and can’t talk highly enough about the staff and quality of the clothing, so happy I came in store, never fails me!

AVOID!!!! Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a coat and it arrived damaged. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller tried to blame me for the issue. Shockingly rude attitude, zero professionalism, and no respect for customers. I had to open a case because they refused to help, and now I’m still waiting to see how it ends. Worst seller I’ve ever dealt with — avoid at all costs.

Ordered through click and collect nearly 24 hours later did not receive any confirmation to say my order was ready to collect so I drove there any way to see and it was ready in a plastic box, a young girl served me she literally just pulled my order or what I thought was all my order out the box and told me sign a piece of paper to say I had collected it. When I got home opened up the parcel only 2 out of 5 of my items was there, I tried to ring the shop over 10 times with no answer for then the next morning to get an email saying my items had been refunded and would be back in my bank in 10 days! Usually refunds are 3-5 business days so I then tried ringing the shop again numerous times for still no answer to sort this out so I then had to send an email over to them which if I get no joy back with in 24 hours I am going to have drive an hour back to the shop itself to sort this out as I am really not happy. Bad customer service skills and zero customer communication skills also

Purchased an item just over a week ago, receipt says rebellious fashion however has changed the name of the store. I went within the week to return it due to rubbish quality however the store said it shut at 9pm. When I arrived St John’s was shut so I have to wait 2 days later to return it which meant I was over the time allocated to return (which was only a week). I spoke to the lady on the till which was lovely, she messaged her boss who said exchange only, as they own a few stores she suggested I look around to see if I could find anything in the other stores. During speaking to young girl at the till, the manager which I didn’t know he was at this point walked in, he must of been seeing who we were before making his decision. I asked to speak to a manager but I got told he was in the meeting. I went to another store to have a look and he was stood talking to a member of staff having what looked like a gossip rather than a ‘meeting’. Personally when I have ‘meetings’ they aren’t done on the shop floor. I went back into the original store after having another browse and he walked in speaking to the staff about up-selling items. I then figured that was the manager so I approached him. He then admitted that the receipt does say the previous store, he hadn’t got a online Google account for the new store under the new name so how was I suppose to contact/find out the opening/closing times. I ended up getting my money back but he made the poor girl working with him look she was lying as he was in the ‘meeting’. I always shop there when I go to Liverpool but I won’t be shopping anymore. I’ve attached a picture of the item I purchased and after going to see if I could find something else, I realised that the quality looked worse than primark. Avoid at all costs.

First I went onto their site and ordered two different coloured fleece jackets. Even though it let me order them I was told one was out of stock, after taking the money. I carried on with the order of one jacket. When I received my order, they had sent me a dress instead. I got in touch with Miskyra they told me to send the item back and they would refund postage and send me my original order out! That was fine, received all my refund. When my second parcel arrived this was too wrong as instead of a jacket it was a hoodie!!! Got in touch with Miskyra again, who informed me now that the item I originally ordered was now out of stock!!!! I had to post the wrong item backt for refund. I got my refund for the item, however, I had to pay 6.49 sending this back, which I was told would be refunded. The emails about a refund was acknowledged for a while, still no refund. Bank details have been given. Now I don’t receive any communication back and still out of pocket for 6.49 and this is a month later. I did send an email a week ago saying I would leave a bad review and clearly they are not bothered. I will not be shopping with Miskyra again. In case you do really want to correct this matter my order was 27307.
