   The young lady was exceptionally kind, I had only seen what I wanted on line, couldn't remember the make only the price. She found it no problem and helped me to get it into the car. Very pleasant and helpful. Used the scarifier I didn't realise it would be so simple. It has made such a difference already to the garden. All in all 100% great experience. Will definitely use again.

   Good old faith full!!. Can't Go Wrong with Toolstation.. Don't normally work as far afield as Prestwich. But i was on a job for a long-standing client that's had move further afield. Came unstuck on a job for a few bits, typed in Google find local branch, bomb!! 500yrds Happy Days !!!..

   On collection I discovered the hinges were labled correctly but the goods in the packet were incorrect. I explained to the male employee that they were wrong & he decided to start an argument with me claiming that was what I ordered & were correct despite the picture on the computer screen showing a completely different item He was rather nasty & rude with me & eventually he said I will give you a refund I then went to Swinton toolstation & they were the correct item. Won't be going to prestwich branch again. If he was my employee I would reprimand him, not good will probably go to screwfix than go back to prestwich branch.
