Great shop, fantastic and wide range of quality clothing. Lots of reasonably priced and trendy clothing but there is also a few expensive pieces
Loads of nice stock but would not pay their price think they are too expensive
Been using River Island since the day it opened great for summer clothes,still shop there.
Upon arrival to store I was greeted by a nice young man saying morning....I wasn't sure were you collected parcels from so he pointed me in the right direction...another young man went and got my parcel. in and out super quick Very helpful staff, will visit again.
Went in for an exchange, fast, efficient, courteous welcoming staff. Chelsea was amazing, the manager should be justifiably proud of having her as a colleague and of what she does. Will shop here again.
Did not have the size I wanted, but the staff member in the men's area was very helpful in trying stock in other stores
