Went in store today and was served by two wonder ladies one named Amanda, who went above and beyond to help me find an outfit. She took me around the store helped me pick outfits out and then helped me in the dressing room. She is a credit to the store and company
Nice little shop love new look anyway staff attentive not too busy lots of sales on of clothes good styles for if going on holiday an for summer if we get one! Some light wear attire dresses an tops jeans shorts cardigans underwear had sale on too not too busy it was early about 12 noon nice fashion items an earings an jewellery

After a simple purchase I was offered a New Look card, I asked for information and was told that I would receive periodic discounts so I accepted, presuming this to be like any other clubcard. I then gave in the last four digits of my debit card for "security reasons." and went about my day. After two months I have been phoned by a company that I had no idea existed asking for a payment because my New Look card is in arrears.. After explaining my situation and that I had no idea what was going on and why I was even being charged as I hadn't even used the card and had no idea it was a credit card, the company where very nice about it and put in a formal complaint and asked that I speak to the store about it. After calling the store up, I spoke to a manager named Lucy. She basically laughed at my reasoning and said that without proof she had no reason to believe me and denied the cancellation of my card until I paid the measly £7 charge. Disgraceful customer service, be careful in this store.
