   I was in Liverpool for a friend’s birthday and was directed here from John Lewis. The dress I was looking for wasn’t available in my size so the 2 members of staff found the same dress in a different colour, asked me to try it on, if I liked it they would look for it in the colour I needed from another store. They did exactly that and 3 days later the perfect dress was delivered to south Wales from Solihull branch. I can’t thank them both enough, I’m sorry I didn’t get your names.

   The sales assistant was really helpful and helped me choose a top which I wouldn’t normally go for. I was so impressed with her choice that I purchased, with jewellery too. I also received an act of kindness from Mint Velvet of a £50 voucher!!!

   Amazing service from staff. They browsed the website trying to order a blouse for me which was not available in store. Finding the item was out of stock online too they then made the effort to source it in other stores. Found in Oxford who posted it to me. A big thank you to staff in both stores for your pleasant and personal service.

   Excellent service and care at Mint Velvet Liverpool today. Jen and Elise were really helpful in helping me choose some new clothes and outfits and they couldn't do enough to give me a brilliant shopping experience. Great service, great staff and a wonderful cusitmer experience
