   Incredibly unprofessional staff - all several of them standing around chatting, shouting, messing around and ignoring customers for the duration of our visit. Felt like we were intruding on a private gathering as they didn't even acknowledge us. Plus, the way they were speaking to the one older guy (presumably a supervisor or something) was really weird and disrespectful. Could've just been banter between mates, but was uncomfortable to be around as a customer.

   I do like a lot of the stuff here but it does feel overpriced, and I know it's a thing with all designer brands but I don't want to walk around practically wearing a sandwich board advertising their name.

   Staff stood in a circle gossiping about night out, dogs and what drink is more intense clearly ignoring all customers as if customers were visitors in their playground. Had higher hopes of customer service on first look. 6 staff all on the middle of the shop floor some pretending to arrange displays others clearly stood aimlessly all forming a circle whilst 1 person served on the tills between 1300-1400 in the afternoon. Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone if anything I'll advise people to avoid their outlet.

   Very disappointed....they used to do nice shirts for men ..now there ugly old man looking things. Very poor designs..it's a real shame

   I visited today, had really bad service from a member of staff, when I asked if there was different sizes in the style he said he would check out back then just carried on with folding his bottoms, I had to go and ask him if he had the size that I wanted as he started to serve another customer. I work in retail myself and customer's should always come first before FOLDING product. So I think the staff need some training

   I always go in as we really like their basics. There are male/female sections so you have a big variety of products to choose from as clothing, shoes and accessories. The underwear is awesome too!
