I buy a lot from Trespass. I think the range is fantastic. Great range of coats and shorts. I went to the Doncaster store today as the Sheffield branch closed down. I returned a faulty tent. I've never had issues with their quality before, they swapped it for a new one, so all good. Now have a tent my niece can use.
l purchased an item last week, went back today (23rd Oct, 1.03pm, assistant number eb072) and was so happy to see the lady who served me last week. She is kind and helpful at helping find what you're looking for. I noticed how attentive she was with other customers. She deserves a mention, but none of your staff wear ID. Would be helpful especially when complimenting a staff member and their impeccable customer service. Maybe the date, time and assistant number is helpful? I shall visit Trespass at Lakeside, Doncaster soon and hope your lovely assistant is working. Thank for such wonderful customer service.

Polite staff and very helpful. Slight issue is when ordering stuff into store you may end up paying more as the online site doesn’t necessarily have the same discounts as the store itself!
I wish to state the new pink hair manager is smashing it as the new boss. I was reluctant to buy her suggestion of a DLX coat but how wrong was I so I went back yesterday and brought two more coats just because she was right with the first one. She’s brilliant, patient and so knowledgeable about her products.
I am appalled by how I’ve been treated/spoken to in store today. I took a pair of boots back for a refund. Everything was in date and the boots hadn’t been worn. I was given the refund but was spoken to by the manager in an incredibly abrupt manner. She was rude and I won’t be visiting again. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong by asking for a refund. Once I had shown that the receipt was in date and the boots hadn’t been worn the manager then got on the phone to talk about about my refund while I was standing in front of her. Total shame as I like the products and the floor staff are usually very helpful. After reading previous reviews before posting, the manager has been mentioned previously about her tone and attitude towards customers. Further training and support is required here.
Great customer service, exactly the reason I choose to shop in store and not online. It was great to see a young team being nurtured in their first shifts by a manager who obviously cares about their development and is providing opportunities that will develop life long skills, and colleagues that support and train on the job. Great company ethos, I left the shop feeling like I had just seen something that’s vastly missing at the moment, kindness, patience and old fashioned training.
