   Scrolling looking for Billie Blush I came across Kathryn's and placed an order. Received a call advising the size was no longer available. The lady I spoke with went over and above to help, she even measured the clothes in another size to see if they would fit. The items were posted immediately. I am from Northern Ireland but Kathryn's will definitely be my first stop for childrens' clothes hereon in. Excellent customer service!

   Lovely clothes in the shop and lots of variety but found one of the ladies to be quite rude, I have a bad back and when I said I will come back and sort the order out as there were a few other people in the shop getting served at the same time as me, I was basically told to ‘be more patient’ found it quite belittling to say that to me in front of other people. I was then asked why I didn’t want to buy the suit with the matching hat I asked if it’s going to be more money with the matching hat to which the woman looked at me bewildered and said ‘yes obviously’ I just found it to be quite condescending. Clothes otherwise are fabulous in the shop but customer service needs to be worked on in my opinion

   Great company, I have ordered a few times now from kathryns and always will come back, I mistakenly put the wrong postcode on my last order as I ordered it to my mums address and put my postcode by mistake, Kathryns sorted it out straight away no problem and really fast delivery. Thankyou to the person I spoke to who sorted it out. Highly recommend this great store. 5 stars!!!

   Amazing service from Simon and the team! Worked hard for days looking for an alternative option as top I ordered was out of stock, always a great and thoughtful service and always happy to help! Shopped with them a lot over the years and definitely one of the best if not the best shops for children’s designer clothes in Liverpool! Can’t thank the team enough!

   There was an issue with my returns because of the post. One phone call and Simon contacted the post and sorted the issue out and had a new outfit posted out to me the same day.
