Hello, this restaurant has one of the best foods in the area and it's very clean. The decoration is on point and makes it very beautiful. All thanks goes to Adriana for being such a kind and wonderful waiter. I recommend this restaurant.

Greetings, me and my friend decided to book a room from this hotel and I could say that this is one of the best hotels from this area since is so clean and beautiful. The food on the other hand its so delicious and I would recommend it a lot. All thanks goes towards Adriana for giving us the best experience and helping us while staying at this hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit London.

Outstanding food, but a complete lack of professionalism from the management The food in this restaurant was truly outstanding – every dish was refined, fresh, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the entire experience was spoiled by what happened during the evening. I ordered a wine that was listed in the menu as vintage 2019, but the bottle brought to our table was 2021. After a few minutes, I realised it wasn’t the wine I had ordered and called a member of staff. A man named Robert, who introduced himself as the manager, came over. Instead of apologising or even trying to clarify the situation, he blamed me, saying it was my responsibility to check the vintage on the bottle when it was presented. He didn’t let me speak, which I found to be a complete lack of professionalism and knowledge about proper customer service. It was a particularly special evening — my partner’s 40th birthday — and that’s the only reason I chose not to make a scene. Unfortunately, Robert’s attitude left a very bad impression and completely overshadowed what could have been a wonderful dinner. It’s a real shame, because the kitchen deserves praise, but the management clearly needs serious training in professionalism, communication, and honesty with guests.

Amazing food, perfect service and nice overall atmosphere. The only thing is that ratatouille lacked tomato sauce but it didn’t spoil anything. Caesar salad with shrimps was one of the best in my life. Will be back and recommend 100% to everyone!

Hired a private room back in 2020 for a wedding meal. Wedding was cancelled twice due to Covid but the Brasserie Joel went above & beyond to make our day special this year We pre booked our meals which were lovely & the staff decorated our table to give it that added extra appeal. There was no charge for the private area & we were waited on with no issues. The set meals were a reasonable price however the wines were quite expensive but being a wedding & being in London we expected this. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a private function.

Excellent service & wonderful staff. Horia and staff members went above and beyond for our evening dinner meal. We booked this resturant specifically for the bavette steak - the staff were attentive and kind enough to take note of our conversation during booking and saved the last steaks for the evening for our reservation. Cannot thank them enough! We look forward to visting again in the future.

It is a part of a rather good hotel which is the park plaza and with that they have knowledgeable, conversational and mannered staff. My experience has been very well here, and they treated me and my family with respect I have got to be honest and say that their food was a mix. The starter of opinion soup was decent, but it was not as I would expect with the consistency of the cheese and lack of onions. Their steak was honestly so tasty! It was marinated well as each bite just was so refreshing. However, my main looked a tacky with around 8 French fries stacked up and some salat leaves. Just for the price it cost it felt as though it should have been something different earner than those two things. Like for example potatoes au gratin instead of French fries would have made it so much better looking and a lot tastier. The dessert was tasty too and it did not take to long to prepare all these meals, but we stayed there for a while just enjoying the atmosphere. The second day for their breakfast (like a continental breakfast) it was not really to my liking as the food just felt a dry and sloppy. This criticism should be taken with a grain of salt as I caught the later end of their service. I did not end up eating up the two slices of bread I got with eggs, bacon, and sausages. There was a good variety of food here for breakfast which is always nice!

This meal was exceptionally good given i did not expect much on the first hand. The staff was friendly and checked on you every once awhile, the braised pork and the steak were nicely cooked. If they have set lunch i think i will come more often.
